I studied at Bonn University (Gemany) and finished with a Master in Theology and Ph.D. in Physics in 1996. Since then I have worked at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility and local universities, mainly in hardware and software development, data mining, scientific computing.  I have always been interested to get students and postdocs actively involved in experimental research.
